Papa's Salad Dressing

1 Cup Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 Cup Pastorelli Italian Chef Red Wine Vinegar

1 Tablespoon of sugar

1 Teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

1/2 Teaspoon of salt

Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl and serve on salad at refrigerated temperature.
