Pizza Burgers

Serves 6

2 pounds lean ground beef
2 teaspoons onion salt
1/2 pound Pepperoni
1 8oz can of Pastorelli Pizza sauce

6 tablespoons shredded Mozzarella cheese 

Mix ground beef and onion salt together; divide into 12 balls. Flatten each ball into a 4-inch round.
Place about a tablespoon of Pastorelli Pizza Sauce on half of the rounds and place pepperoni and cheese on top, place remaining rounds over pepperoni and cheese. Press edges together. Pan fry over medium heat of grill until done, about 14 minutes, turning once.
Serve on buns. Absolutely Delicious!
