Panzerotti

1/3 cup Pastorelli Pizza Sauce

1/2 cup Mozarella coarsley shredded

1 Garlic clove, peeled and minced

1/4 tsp. basil

Preheat oven at 450 degrees. Roll dough of your choice to 1/8 thickness. Cut out panzerottis using a 3" inch glass cutter. Mix filling ingredients and add to 1/2 of each of the circles of dough and fold over. Place each one on greased baking sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
