Mushroom, Prosciutto, Mozzarella & Parmesan Pizza |
Serves 4. Yield: One 16 inch pizza
1 portion of your favorite homemade or ready to use pizza dough1 can of Pastorelli Pizza Sauce, 8 oz 1-1 1/2 lbs of fresh mushrooms (sliced) 3-4 oz prosciutto 1/2 lb. of mozzarella, sliced or shredded 4 tbs. of Pastorelli's olive oil 2 tbs. freshly grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven at 450 degrees. Heat olive oil in frying pan and saute mushrooms over high heat until nicely browned. Season with salt, pepper and other favorite seasonings. Brush dough with olive oil and add sauce, mushrooms, prosciutto, mozzarella and parmesan. Bake 10 to 15 mintues or until golden brown.
