Lasagne Imbottite |

COMPLETE DINNER SERVES 6 TO 8 PEOPLE
1 lb Lasagne (very broad noodles) 1 cup Italian-Chef Spaghetti Sauce 1 lb Fresh Ricotta (Italian Cottage cheese) or dry bakers cottage cheese 2/4 lb Mozzarella cheese 1/2 lb Ground Beef or Sausage 1/2 cup Grated Parmasan Cheese
1. Cook 1 lb lasagne in rapidly boiling salted water until tender, but not soft, then drain. 2. Spread 3 tablespoons of Italian-Chef Spaghetti Sauce on bottom of medium size baking pan. Place layer of cooked Lasagne evenly in pan. Over this spread layers of sauce, sliced mozzarella cheese mixed with browned chopped meat. Spread layer of Ricotta Cheese over this. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Repeat this process. 3. Bake in moderate oven for about 15 minutes. Cut in squares Serve hot.
