1 tbsp of Pastorelli's extra virgin olive oil
1-2 cups (depends how saucy you like it) of Garden Marinara Pasta Sauce Natural or Organic
2 skinless chicken breast
1 cup of a yellow squash
1 cup of mushrooms
Complete dinner serves 4-5
1. Take your skinless chicken breast and season it with all your favorite seasonings.
2. Cut your chicken into pieces
3. Pour 1 tbsp of extra olive oil into a skillet and put in your pieces of chicken into the hot skillet and cook chicken until it's halfway done.
4. While your chicken is cooking cut up slices of your yellow squash and mushrooms when chicken is halfway done you pour in your squash, mushrooms and your garden marinara sauce.
5. Cook for about 10 minutes then serve.
(This meal can be served on a bed of steamed white rice or angel hair pasta it tastes great with either one)
